Avanza: Data & Policy Hub is a project from the El Paso Innovation Hub created from the belief that data can make a positive difference for the Borderplex. Avanza brings together data, community voices, and public policy research to illuminate issues that matter the most for the future of the Borderplex.

Our mission is to enable opportunities for the Borderplex region through accessible data, inclusive stakeholder engagement and public policy research. We accomplish this through:
Disseminating data-driven policy research
Building partnerships and fostering community collaboration
Convening and engaging diverse stakeholders to shape lasting strategies for a positive impact in the Borderplex

Data-driven research: Avanza is analyzing the data and conducting policy research. Focus pillars will be developed in the near future.
Outreach & Engagement: Avanza is meeting with community members to introduce the project and gain "on-the-ground" perspective.
